Dancing in the moonlight with her wigwam hair
Royal Festival Hall Ballroom
29 May - 6 July 1997

Apologies for the rubbish sound on Speed of Darkness. The microphone obviously wasn't connected properly and there is only a faint hiss on the right channel. If anyone out there is knowledgeable about Magix Audio Cleaning Lab and can guide me on how to remove the right channel, please get in touch. It ran as a continuous performance; the split into parts one and two is just happenstance where I had to change tapes.

"Dancing in the moonlight.." was an installation. This recording was made on 5th July. At the end, you will hear part of the free event going on there as I emerge from the installation into the foyer.

In C lasted over one hour so it overran the available tape length

You will notice there is missing track 06. This is the introduction to In C. Owing to some technical glitch which I have not yet been able to fathom, this track was skipped in the conversion to mp3. On balance, I have decided to go with what I've got, rather than spend days trying to get to the bottom of the problem. You really aren't missing much.

Sunn O))) + Om - Koko, Camden, London - Monday, 14 December 2009

Sunn O))) + Om
Koko, Camden, London
Monday, 14 December 2009

We had been to an office party earlier so were late arriving and I only caught the last piece by Om.

Sunn O)))

01 prelude
This is my title for a piece of pre-recorded orchestral music that was played before Sunn O))) appeared. It was fairly quiet and you will hear a lot of chatter over the top of it - more chatter than music in fact.
02 Agharta (now I've actually bought the CD, I know the set was basically Monoliths & Dimensions and Agharta is only a part of that)
Sorry if you were hoping to burn this to CD. Even if you get rid of the prelude, the set runs to just over 80 minutes without a break.

I have a few video clips as well. I'll try and get round to uploading them one day. (Well I'll only upload them if anyone asks. I was quite far away and the dry ice effects were a bit OTT so you can't see much anyway.)
11 August 2012.  Image added.  It is no included in the downloads.

UPDATE 31/07/2015

The Sunn O)) set - along with many of their other shows - is now available for download here:
