thanks for the Kang/Kenney! nice set and nice recording! your blog is greatly appreciated for those of us who live in "tiny town" and seldom get a chance to see these good shows.

it's good that you are doing this. but if you are going to record like this. Might I recommend building a shock mount for your mic. There is a great website called The Frugal Filmmaker, where he teaches all kinds of amazing things you can do with a little bit of money and a lot of creativity. I built a shock mount for my H4n out of a 3" PVC coupling and some rubber bands. I no longer hear my hands moving around when I use it.
